From Downton Abbey to Brokeback Mountain to Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the outstanding titles produced and/or distributed by Focus Features seem almost unlimited. When talking about the film business, it’s pretty hard to come up with production companies that have blessed the world with more modern classics, including films that have won 25 Academy Awards over the years since the company’s inception.
Founded by David Linde in 2002, Focus Features turns 20 this year, and to celebrate, Focus is unveiling a brand new 20th-anniversary-edition logo, as well as a reel that showcases a taste of the work that they’ve accomplished over the past couple of decades.
